The clinic is the lab. I'm the guide. It works in two steps: first we test — a complete baseline of your body composition, biomarkers, and physiology — then we optimize, tailoring your protocols and training for the finishing touches on your body and performance, with a coach in your corner for six months. STEP ONE
I'm with you in person for the entire day at Arete — one of Nashville's premier recovery and longevity clinics, where pro athletes, entertainers, and executives go to perform and recover at their best. We look at everything up front — one comprehensive baseline of your body composition, biomarkers, and physiology — so the next six months is built on real data, not guesses. You'll experience the clinic's recovery therapies the same day, too.

At the start of every month I assess your physique photos, pinpoint the weak points holding your shape back, and hand-design that month's training to highlight those muscle groups — programmed from your body-comp and hormone data. Month by month we sculpt toward a balanced, polished physique by the end of six. This is refinement — not just "working out." An hour a day, not two-a-days — and built to hold up on the road.
Monthly 1:1 coaching calls
We review your progress and adjust the plan every month → so progress never stalls and your physique keeps moving for the full six months.
